One day she told me she had a Check Engine Light on her way home from work and I scanned it with my cheap scan tool when she got home. P0420 (P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold) was the code. I cleared the code and it came back a few days later.

Desolder and resolder a new PCB as this is the failure point.
