I took a bunch of connectors apart and used a test light on them. Finally slapped the starter solenoid with a screwdriver handle and it started. Starter fluid would burn but not continue to run 12.8 volts all the trouble shooting in the manual, but I refused the fuel issue. The cooling system does not affect or control starting - adding HEAT (alcohol) to the fuel could make the problem worse (increases the alcohol content of the fuel and alcohol is harder to ignite) - try spraying starting fluid on the air filter to get it going. If you do then you know your ignition is working. If you do have a spark then pour some gas down the cylander and put back plug and see if it fires. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. If turned off and back on soon after the pump will not run if the pressure is still there.
