2024 Concord grape wine - This year we picked the grapes after the first frost ( oct 5),we froze some to make it easier to juice and a few days ago I mashed the fruit and put it in my fermenter, I’ve got 26 litres, today I put in some nutrient and yeast and am waiting to see how it goes.
