The valley itself is gorgeous, and it’s worth spending a night or two soaking up the solitude out there. The hike is also great, following the East Fork of the Quinault River through the rainforest. The best waterfall, though, is Marymere Falls. This short hike starts right in the parking lot by the Visitor Center. The waterfall is really beautiful, and the hike is only 1.8 miles. Sol Duc Falls.
