I have had this problem for 4-5 days whenever I do progression for daily or weekly objectives they will not count and stay a 0/4 and 0/12 I've contacted ea multiple times, they said they are working on it but I haven't seen them address that they are anywhere and it's really frustrating ... Then unhide Tennis. To complete this objective you only need to do one set for it to count towards your daily objectives, and a win is not needed. If you want to just get it over and done with, just don't hit anything back and you'll be done within 5 minutes. People may abandon the match if you are winning.
